Buying Babyboa Products Online

Here you can find information how to purchase our products. It is of utmost importance to us that you are satisfied with the quality of our products, our delivery time and the information available to you on our website. How to Order?

On our PRODUCT section you can see our product range and sizes available to purchase. Choose the product you would like to order by clicking on the shopping cart next to "ADD TO CART". When you add a product it will register on the bottom of the page "MY SHOPPING CART". The total amount can also be seen on the bottom of the page next to "TOTAL AMOUNT". When you are happy with your selection just press the "GO TO CHECKOUT" button. A registration page will then appear informing you of the products you have chosen and the total amount you must pay. Register your name, address and email address and press "PLACE ORDER". You will then receive a confirmation email with your order number. An invoice will be sent to you along with your purchase.

Delivery & Freight Costs

As soon as your registration reaches us we will send the products to the delivery address given along with an invoice that must be paid to us within 15 days. The package will reach you within 1-3 working days if you are living in Sweden. The freight cost is included in the total amount to pay. The cost is 39 SEK within Sweden and 49 SEK within the EU. Please contact us if you live in another country.

V.A.T.

The V.A.T. is included in the price presented on PRODUCTS. All customers outside the EU are charged without the Swedish VAT (25%).

Exchanges & Refunds

According to Sweden's consumption law, you have the right to change your mind within a period of 14 days after you have received the goods ordered. The goods must then be in the same state as when received i.e. not used. This includes labels and packaging. Goods which do not fulfill these criteria will be sent back to the customer with return freight and handling cost.

If the goods are damaged or if you have received the wrong goods please contact Babyboa directly. Please state your name, order number and which goods you are not satisfied with. Please also state whether you would like a new item or your money back.

Babyboa will pay the return freight of the damaged goods. If you would like a new item this will of course also be paid by us after we have received the item which was wrongly sent to you.

Customer information

Babyboa protects customer information (name, address, email address) according to Swedish Law (personuppgiftslagen). This information is only used in our customer database to facilitate our contact between Babyboa and the customer.
